Our professional team of SPRAT/IRATA Certified Rope Access Technicians are trained to specifically clean industrial-size fabric structures including PVC, PTFE, ETFE and Acoustical Liners without voiding manufacturer warranties.

ISCC’s professional cleaning team travels worldwide. We have cleaned for companies in Korea, Germany, and Brazil.

ISCC QCR performs inspections during each phase of cleaning project and a final upon completion. Digital before/after photos are provided to client.

We only clean by hand using high quality special made sponges and soft brushes. We do not use pressure washers, ever!

Free Inspection

Stadium Roof Cleaning at Reliant

ISCC just completed its first stadium roof cleaning! This stadium’s retractable roof is constructed using 403,800 square feet of PTFE Sheerfill architectural fabric membrane. Thank you to Reliant Stadium, home to the National Football League’s Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Cirque du Soleil Tent Cleaning

We are very excited to work with Cirque du Soleil’s touring shows for Tent Cleaning. Projects include Corteo, OVO, Varekai, Amaluna, Totem and Kooza. ISCC has had the privilege to travel with Cirque to Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Korea and Spain. See one of their shows any chance you get, they’re awesome!

Fabric Structure Cleaning at Denver International Airport (DIA)

The largest fabric structure cleaning project in ISCC history! ISCC is honored to be contracted by DIA to clean the terminal’s white-peaked roof consisting of two translucent layers of Teflon-coated fiberglass fabric. The fabric terminal (34 masts) required approximately 375,000 square feet of material and the curbside roof required another 75,000 square feet. Scheduled for five months, ISCC’s team of SPRAT/IRATA certified specialists completed this project in just four months. ISCC also continues to serve DIA with periodic waxing of the fiberglass cones.
